Solar/ Solar water heater/ Split high pressure solar water heater
1. The collector and the water tank are separated, and the system runs under the
forced pressure.
2. The controlling device is specialized, so the system runs automatically.
3. The water tank can be installed anywhere.
4. The heat pipe vacuum tube collector is two-circuit system, free of freezing and
could be used all year.
5. The metal super - conducting vacuum heat collector is used, no water in the tube,
no bursting and could be used as usual under minus 50 degree.
6. The water tank applies with the enamel internal bladder, runs under pressure.
7. Provide the water at the same temperature, set the highest temperature, and heat
the water at set point by electricity, protecting the data when power off, supply
the hot water 24 hours a day.
8. The system is designed separately, in harmony with the structure.
9. The heat collector could be mounted on the balcony veranda, the southern wall,
sloping roof or awning.
10. The system is designed as unit, convenient to transport.
Solar collector: Material: borosilicate glass according to ISO3585:1991;
transmittance of borosilicate glass: 0.92.
Absorbance of solar selective absorptive coating: 0.94;
Hemispherical emittance: 0.08; Getter according to GB/T9505-1998.
Start-up temperature: no more than 25 degree. Start-up time: no longer than 2 minutes under normal sunshine. Low temperature resistance: no breaks at-30 degree. Heat impact resistance: no damages after over 3 times' alternative impacts of cold water below 25 degree and hot water over 90 degree.
Pressure resistance: can withstand 0.6MPa. Hail resistance: no damage by the impact of ¦µ25mm hail. Appearance standard: the color of the selective absorptive coatings should be even,and the coatings should have no wrinkles and peelings. The allowed tolerance
